We urgently require a hands on Operations Manager able to manage a 50 room 3 Star hotel based in Staffordshire.

Job: Revenue Manager (6 Month CONTRACT)Location: Kent

This is a 6 MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT position which will start from the end of July 2010.

Set within acres of rural parkland this luxury manor house hotel has 50+ bedrooms and a fine dining restaurant.

You should be an experienced Revenue Manager.

Duties will be supervising two staff and reporting to the GM.
* Responsible for maintaining all administration systems and procedures in the Revenue Office to include invoice, chase & follow up procedures.
* Management of PMS and S&C in conjunction with Front Office.
* Manage and develop internal relationships with all departments and external customer relationships.
*Develop the annual Rooms, Conference, Events, Food and Beverage budget with the General Manager and Financial Controller. Ensuring that budget targets are regularly monitored and results are shared with Team Members
* Produce a 13 week rolling forecast for rooms, conference and events revenue identifying peaks and troughs compared to budget and past historical data.
* Ensure weekly and monthly Revenue meetings are held with Revenue Team members, GM,FC and Sales Manager
* Produce and complete company standard reports to deadlines and analyse as required.
* Produce and manage the Revenue Strategy to cover rooms, conference, events and weddings and communicate to the team, CRO and HOD’s.
