A key aim for the future of the property will be to upgrade the service standards towards a luxury level by focusing on sales, customer service and the motivation/management of the team. reporting to the regional managing director, financial and operational acumen will be essential in terms of an excellent understanding of the leisure/corporate market mix, revenue and sales. Experience of managing a "re-positioning" project would be beneficial.
