- Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Head Office based Group Management Accountant, who can oversee the finance function of a small Hotel group.
You will be reporting into the head of finance directly and be involved in all aspects of this hotel group's finances. You need to be commercial and have a good understanding of group level accounts/consolidation processes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities/Skills needed:
- Must have at least 3 years Hotel Finance experience.
- Strong reporting/consolidation skills.
- Overseeing and preparing Management accounts with the Finance team.
- Reviewing P&L's and Balance sheets monthly.
- Managing all inter-company accounts.
- Managing and reporting the group's debt position.
- Forecasting and Budgeting support.
- Manage the day-to-day finance team operations.
- Coach and train your team to empower them day-to-day and help their growth.
- Build resilience in the department by creating SOPs on best practices.
- Provide and ensure adequate coverage for operational finance department/
- Partnering with GMs to support daily in order meet the financial objectives, labour targets and EBITDA targets
