It all started in March 2000 when Rob and Kerry opened the first Kerry Robert Associates office in 100 Pall Mall, Central London. They had previously worked together for two other hospitality recruitment companies having started their careers in hotel operations and front of house roles.
Business grew quickly from day one, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service with an honest, personable, and passionate approach, core values that remain integral to Kerry Robert Associates today.
Things have certainly changed since the days of searching for CVs in filing cabinets and only being able to advertise jobs in the Caterer on a Thursday!
