How can you find me suitable candidates?

After 25 years of experience, we have built a strong network of hospitality professionals that we can reach out to for recommendations. Additionally, we have a large database of talent currently looking for work or open to new opportunities.

We will also give your vacancy the visibility that it deserves to attract the best talent, such as LinkedIn posts, advertising on job boards or even e-mail campaigns.

Yes we do. One of the benefits of trusting us with your vacancies is that we will do the hard admin work for you, so you can concentrate on running your business.

We will compile applications and screen all CVs individually before creating a shortlist of candidates. Our experienced team will arrange and carry out a call or Teams interview to get to know each candidate better from a personal point of view and to evaluate their skills, professional experience and qualifications.

We will only send you the highest-ranking candidates that match your specifications, as per your initial briefing.
