- Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Director of Finance/Finance Business Partner
on behalf of a well-established Hotel Company who operate branded Hotels across Europe. This position will be overseeing 2 Hotels which are both located centrally within Vienna.
You will be working closely with the General Manager at site and will be reporting into the head office Finance team who are based within the UK. You will oversee and manage all financials for 2 prestigious properties within Vienna. You will be a key member of the leadership team at the Hotels and will closely work with the local managers to ensure the set-out profit goals are being managed and achieved.
Location: Vienna (on-site role)
Salary: Circa 60,000 Euros, plus a 10% KPI linked BonusRequirements
As a Director of Finance/Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:
•Overseeing and managing the hotel budgets, forecasts and cashflows
•Taking commercial lead in managing the 2 hotels efficiently
•Must understand hotel finance well (previous Management Accountant experience required).
•Managing costs and payroll spends
•Keeping hotel reconciliations updated
•Overseeing finance controls across the hotels
•Maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures
•Working closely with local finance teams, improving finance processes and making efficiency improvements
•Liaising with external auditors when required
•Preparation of data for year-end audit files
Must have:
•You must have strong hotel finance experience
•Strong management skills, and hotel knowledge
•At least 2-4 years finance experience
•Have worked and gained experience within a hotel environment
•Some form of finance education would support your application better.
•Vienna based
•Fluent in both German and English languages.Benefits
