Hotel Sales Executive

• Proactively generating and converting sales leads across rooms, F&B, weddings, meetings, and events
  
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through show rounds, follow-ups, and account management
  
• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  
• Attending networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the hotel and grow its profile
  
• Collaborating with department heads on promotions, packages, and upselling opportunities
  
• Contributing to digital marketing efforts and providing input on promotional content, campaigns, and media assets
  
• Supporting the team with CRM management, sales reporting, and market analysis
  

Requirements

• A confident and results-driven sales professional with previous experience in hotel sales
  
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and local corporate/event market
  
• Tech ‘savvy’ with a experience of marketing strategies within hospitality
  
• Excellent at building client relationships and closing deals
  
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  
• A team player who can also contribute to marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts
  
• Proficient in using sales systems/CRMs and Microsoft Office
