Group Management Accountant

Requirements

• 3 years+ of hospitality/hotel finance experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation.
  
• Oversee and prepare monthly Management Accounts in collaboration with the finance team.
  
• Review and analyse multiple P&Ls and Balance sheets on a monthly basis.
  
• Capable of managing all inter-company accounts,
  
• Monitor and report on the group’s debt position.
  
• Supporting the head office team with Budgeting and Forecasting.
  
• Manging the day-to-day finance team operations.
  
• Excellent leadership skills.
  
• Training and developing a small team of finance professionals.
  
• Developing and implementing SOPs to strengthen the finance department.
  
• Approachable and collaborative nature that will enable a strong partnership with multiple GMs and working towards meeting financial objectives.
