• Supporting the General Manager in meeting sales and revenue targets.
  
• Leading and guiding operational departments to maintain hotel high standards and achieve objectives.
  
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional guest service experiences.
  
• Anticipating client’s needs and offering a personal and attentive level of service.
  
• Overseeing and controlling that department operating costs are kept in line with business levels and within budget.
  

Requirements

• Experienced hotel or hospitality Operations Manager (minimum 2 years).
  
• Strong and proven managerial experience in running big operations.
  
• Committed to delivering a high-quality operational service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  
• Food and Beverage background and knowledge (desirable).
  
• A team player, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Dedicated and flexible.
  
• I.T savvy.
  
  

Benefits
