Description
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Finance Director for a well-known hospitality venue which is located within Scotland. This role would suit someone who is incredibly commercial and comes with a wealth of hospitality finance experience.
Our client is a well-respected company with an impressive hospitality portfolio throughout the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate needs to be hospitality focussed and have a proven track record in managing multi-department income streams.
You would be working closely with the Regional Management Team, Managing Director, Stakeholders and liaising with Head Office on a frequent basis.
The ideal candidate needs to be an opportunity driven individual, who comes from a self-accounting background and able to show great leadership and drive performance.

Requirements


  • Finance Director / Director of Finance background (min 5 years+)
  • Commercial savvy who understands large complex properties
  • A forward-thinking person who embraces technology
  • A natural leader who can motivate and lead a great finance team
  • Strong self-accounting experience
  • IT proficient in hospitality PMS/EPOS systems


Benefits

Location: Scotland based (on-site role)
Salary package: Up to £100,000+ plus annual bonus and great company benefits
