- Kerry Robert Associates is actively looking for a Group
Assistant Director of Finance to manage and support a portfolio of luxury hotels
in the Caribbean islands.
The Group Assistant Director of Finance will oversee each hotel’s financial operations, group reporting, leading budgeting processes, overseeing internal controls and managing payroll and compliance controls.
You will work closely with senior management and the finance teams across each hotel to drive consistent standards and strengthen financial awareness throughout the group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance teams
throughout the group, while working closely with the head office team.
- Take ownership for the group
reporting P&L’s, detailed forecasting and managing and leading the
budgeting process.
- Manage and support the group’s
internal and external audits.
- Support the Capex
process throughout each of the properties.
- Ensure that all finance
teams comply with company policies, tax requirements, and local
regulations.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5
year’s experience in a hotel/hospitality setting as a Cluster Financial
Controller, Regional Financial Controller or Group FC.
- Commercial and with
excellent knowledge of hotels or hospitality industry.
- Self-accounting
experience (an advantage).
- Accounting
qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA etc. or an Accounting or Finance degree.
- IT proficient in hotel
PMS/EPOS systems.
- A natural leader who can
motivate and lead a finance team successfully.
- Excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English
(written and spoken).
