Description

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a commercially driven Assistant Financial Controller or Finance Manager with a strong hospitality background. You will work directly with senior leadership to own the full finance function, set budgets, drive profit, and implement strong financial controls.

This an an ideal role for an experienced and hands-on AFC or Finance Manager.


Requirements

  • Have extensive hospitality finance experience
  • Skilled in self‑accounting, financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, payroll, and COS
  • Proven in budget-setting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Track record of leading a small finance team
  • Basis: Full time and on-site daily
