Description
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a senior Financial Controller for a well-known hotel resort located within Scotland. This role would suit someone who is incredibly commercial and comes with a wealth of hospitality finance experience.
Our client is a well-respected company who has an impressive hotel portfolio throughout the UK and Europe.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate needs to be extremely hotel focussed and have a proven track record in managing multi-department income streams.
  • Our client is looking for an opportunity driven individual who comes from a self-accounting background and can manage and drive performance.
  • Hotel Financial Controller background (min 3 years+)
  • Extremely commercial and understands Hotels well
  • A forward-thinking person who embraces technology
  • A natural leader who can motivate and lead a small finance team
  • Strong self-accounting experience
  • IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems



Benefits

  • Hybrid working position (3 days on-site and 2 days from home). Two nights hotel accommodation available each week if needed.
  • Salary package: 60k+ plus annual bonus and great company benefits

Basis: You must have the right to work within the UK on a full-time basis to be considered.
