- Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Head Office based Group Management Accountant in London, who can oversee the finance function of a growing Hotel group.
Location: London / Hybrid
What we are looking for...
A commercially aware finance professional from a hospitality background who is ready to get involved in all aspects of this group's finances and understands group-level accounts extremely well.Requirements
- 3 years+ of hospitality/hotel finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation.
- Oversee and prepare monthly Management Accounts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Review and analyse multiple P&Ls and Balance sheets on a monthly basis.
- Capable of managing all inter-company accounts,
- Monitor and report on the group’s debt position.
- Supporting the head office team with Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Manging the day-to-day finance team operations.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Training and developing a small team of finance professionals.
- Developing and implementing SOPs to strengthen the finance department.
- Approachable and collaborative nature that will enable a strong partnership with multiple GMs and working towards meeting financial objectives.
