• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
  
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
  
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Assistant role
  
• Hospitality or hotel finance experience is highly desirable
  
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with accounting systems, such as Sage and sound experience navigating Excel
