Description

Kerry Robert Associates is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in London to provide analytical support to a well established and expanding hotel company in the UK.

Being part of the Asset Management team, you will assist and be involved in analysing the hotel portfolio performance, preparing detailed reports, contribute towards strategies to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all hotels.

This is a great opportunity for a high calibre professional from a hospitality based corporate finance/analytical background with the curiosity and motivation to challenge the norm.

About the role:

Analyse hotel operational data of existing hotel properties for asset management purposes.
Assist with market and financial analysis
Monitor and analyse hotel performance by applying corporate measurements, and key performance indicators.
Compile reports and statistics required for business review meetings, as and when required.
Continuous benchmarking of performance against internal and external competition, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities.

The ideal Candidate:

Have an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and its dynamics – hospitality background is essential (minimum 2 years)
Strong research and analytical skills
Commercially focused individual
Good understanding of P&L statements, Balance Sheets and Cash-Flow Statements
Strong command of Excel and other software an advantage
Able to interact and communicate effectively with people from other departments and at all levels
Good organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and attention to detail

Benefits:

Salary package: £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and benefits

* This is an on-site role (no hybrid working)
