- Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to be partnering with a leading and expanding hospitality group, based in their Central London Head Office to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and has a strong background in revenue control, payment reconciliations, and process improvement.
You'll take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and resolved while supporting operational teams and driving best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team
- Oversee high-volume payment and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage deposits, prepayments, and outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and settlement issues
- Monitor and control customer accounts and revenue-related transactions
- Support month-end reporting and audit requirements
- Improve processes, controls, and system efficiencies
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and external partners
Requirements
- Proven Accounts Receivable management experience within the UK hospitality sector (essential)
- Strong reconciliation and financial control expertise
- Previous experience leading and mentoring finance team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with a variety of finance systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment
