Kerry Robert Associates is actively looking for a Restaurant Manager in one of Switzerland’s most exclusive destinations, renowned for attracting private, chic and high-end clientele.
Understated, yet luxurious and elegant, our client’s restaurant offers exceptional Swiss cuisine with refined international influences, in a cosy and warm atmosphere.
As a Restaurant manager, you will be leading the Front of House team to achieve customer excellence satisfaction, and act as the main host, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience through impeccable service and genuine hospitality.


Requirements

What we are looking for:
 
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of the expectations of an exclusive international clientele.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate, and manage a team to very high standards.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or leadership role  in a fine dining restaurant or similar setting.
  • A confident, professional presence with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience
