Description

Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to recruit an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B operation of a well-known hotel in the vibrant city of Hamburg, Germany.
 

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be reporting directly to the F&B Director and be responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the Food & Beverage team.
  • Managing restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings and events.
  • Driving revenue growth.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, stock control, and purchasing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintaining consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing the F&B team.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior F&B Leader .
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • A hands-on management style.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets.
  • A passion for delivering high quality guest experiences.
  • Fluent in German and English language skills are preferred.
