and well-known hotel in Hamburg, in the search of a professional and
experienced Restaurant Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless restaurant operations and the highest standards of service.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance and an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will train and motivate your team to consistently exceed expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Supervise, manage and develop a team of professionals.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring consistent high
service standards.
- Drive revenue and profitability, while staying within
budget.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health
& safety regulations.
- Address and solve guest concerns proactively.
Requirements
- Experience in a luxury or prestigious hotel/restaurant (essential).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage conflict professionally and positively.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with restaurant POS and reservation systems.
- German and English language (advantage).
