Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory F&B role, ideally within a high end restaurant or luxury hotel
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavours, and food safety standards
  
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dining setting
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
