• Manage approved vendor list and achieve competitive prices by negotiating contracts and strengthening working relationships with key suppliers.
  
• Source and onboard new suppliers, as per hotel’s procurement policy and high-quality standards.
  
• Manage and monitor stock levels to anticipate demand, ensuring all purchases are made on a timely manner.
  
• Coordinate stock rotation to avoid waste.
  
• Prepare procurement reports and market trends analysis.
  
• Track and report on KPIs such as supplier performance, cost savings and expired stock value.
  

Requirements

•       2 to 3 years of procurement, purchasing or cost control management in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  
•       Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  
•       Analytical skills and good financial understanding.
  
•       Organised and with excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  
•       Strong leader and team player.
  
•       IT proficient with good Excel knowledge and procurement software.
  

Benefits
