Description
Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality client for an Income Audit Manager to join their finance team at their London offices.
 
As an Income Audit Manager, you will oversee and lead a team of Income Auditors across your hotel portfolio, by ensuring all revenue has been correctly recorded and compliant with the company’s financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of Income Auditors
  • Carry out audits for all the revenue generated by multiple departments on a daily and monthly basis, making sure any discrepancies and variances are investigated and solved promptly.
  • Monitor all PMS, POS reconciliations and credit card settlements.
  • Ensure all rates and discounts have been properly authorised and comply with company standards.
  • Support and work closely with other departments to ensure any discrepancies are solved in a prompt manner.
  • Lead, monitor and review all month-end close activities.
  • Ensure all audit documentation is always up to date for all the hotels in your portfolio.


Requirements

 
  •        Hotel / hospitality finance experience is essential for this role.
  •        Previous experience managing a team of income auditors or other (hotel) finance departments.
  •        Strong knowledge on hotel operations, revenue processes and financial controls.
  •        Capable of working well under pressure and with multiple tight deadlines.
  •        Analytical, organised and with a high attention to detail.
  •        Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  •        Excellent knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems.
  •        Relevant accounting or finance studies (desirable)

Benefits


  • Salary range between £48,000 to £51,000 plus excellent company benefits and discounts.
  • Location: London (on-site). Work from home 1 day per week.
