Helen’s experience as a chef and food and beverage specialist recruiter spans over 25 years. She began her career in 2001 in France as a result of her passion for gastronomy in general, by initially recruiting qualified French chefs and front of house professionals and placing them in some of the UK's top hotels and restaurants.
After a successful and enjoyable few years in the industry, Helen relocated to London where she expanded her client base with some of the capital's most luxurious properties and hotels, while slowly adding restaurants, overseas resorts and hospitality groups to her client portfolio.
Over the years she has maintained a privileged relationship with some of the most acclaimed chefs in the industry.
