Description
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for an Operational Finance Director to join our client who is a well-known hotel company and is expanding their presence throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Within this role you will be supporting the continued growth of the company through overseeing a portfolio of key hotel assets within the London area.
This role would best suit an experienced Regional Financial Controller/Director of Finance, who is commercially strong, hotel savvy and carries a wealth of hospitality experience and knowledge.
The Operational Finance Director will need to be an influential finance leader, who carries immense senior management experience and is able to oversee and monitor the finance performance of a group of well-known hotels.
You will be overseeing all aspects of the profit forecast, budgets, managing KPI’s and driving financial performance at each of your properties.  You will be overseeing and managing Capex projects, implementing strong procedures and controls for effectively controlling payroll and overheads.

Requirements


  • Senior Finance background (Regional FC / Director of Finance)
  • Qualified or part qualified Accountant
  • Hospitality / Hotel finance experience (min 3 years+)
  • Have previously worked with hotel stakeholders or owners
  • Commercially astute and influential leader with a strong business-focused mindset
  • A progressive leader who embraces technological advancements to improve efficiency
  • A natural leader who can motivate, develop and lead senior hotel teams
  • IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems


Benefits

Location: London office based. Work from home 1 day per week. 
Salary package: £118K-124K+ plus 25% bonus, medical policy, enhanced pension and some other great company benefits
Basis: You must have the right to work within the UK on a full-time basis to be considered for this role.
