Description
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Financial Controller on behalf of a London based hospitality company.

We are looking for candidates who can join with immediate effect, or at very short-notice. Although this is a short-term contract position, it could potentially turn into a permanent one.

The ideal candidate must have a solid finance background and experience in the hotel / hospitality sector and have proven experience of leading and managing a finance team.



Key skills required:


  • Financial Controller or Director of Finance experience required

  • Must have worked in a hotel or hospitality finance department for at least 3 years 

  • P&L and month end experience

  • Forecasting and budgeting experience

  • A natural leader who can motivate and lead small finance teams well

  • Broad knowledge of all areas of a hotel finance department 

  • Methodical and organised

  • A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology advancement

  • IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems



Location: London (on-site, 5 days a week)

Salary package: Between £60,000 - £75,000

Basis: Contract
