• Lead the hotel’s annual sales & marketing strategy
  
• Build and manage relationships across corporate, MICE, leisure & wedding markets
  
• Oversee key account management and proactively secure new business
  
• Analyse sales data, produce reports, and lead weekly revenue/yield meetings
  
• Collaborate with central marketing to deliver on-brand digital and offline campaigns
  
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
  
• Organise and host site visits, familiarisation trips, and press visits
  
• Maintain accurate listings across all third-party channels and platforms
  
• Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead
  

Requirements

• Proven hotel or hospitality sales & marketing experience
  
• Confident with budgets, data, and CRM/reporting systems
  
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
  
• Ability to commute and full UK driving licence required
