Are you a creative marketer with a flair for promotions and a passion for hospitality? Our client, a well-established hotel with a vibrant atmosphere and dynamic team, is seeking a Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant to join them on-site in a full-time capacity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in hotel marketing while working across all key departments, from accommodation and food & beverage to weddings and corporate events.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working closely with the in-house sales team and an external sales consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
  • Planning and delivering engaging marketing strategies across rooms, F&B, events, weddings etc.
  • Creating and executing in-house campaigns in collaboration with department managers
  • Bringing fresh, creative ideas to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement
  • Managing social media channels and increasing digital presence
  • Taking ownership of internal promotions and brand visibility across the property
Experience:
  • A creative and commercially minded individual with a keen interest in marketing, sales, or advertising
  • Confident, well-spoken, and eager to grow a long-term career in hospitality marketing
  • Ideally, someone with hospitality industry experience (though not essential)
  • Competent with basic marketing software and comfortable creating promotional materials
