• Lead and manage all budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes across both hotels.
  
• Take a proactive commercial role in the financial performance of both sites.
  
• Provide clear financial insights to local hotel management teams to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Manage and monitor costs, payroll spend and reconciliations.
  
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Work closely with local finance teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
  
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for year-end audits.
  

Requirements

• Have a strong background in hotel finance, ideally 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Previous experience as a Management Accountant is essential.
  
• Fluent or near native German and English speaker.
  
• Based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
  
• Finance-related qualifications (degree or certifications) would be an advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel environment.
