Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded hotel group, seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take the lead in revenue strategy and make a measurable impact within a thriving hospitality environment.
Our client is committed to excellence in guest experience and operational performance, and they're looking for someone who shares their passion for results, innovation, and collaborative leadership.

As Revenue Manager, you will report to both the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager, with key responsibilities including:
  • Developing and implementing room revenue strategies to maximise profitability
  • Managing pricing and availability across all distribution channels
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborating with other hotels in the group to align revenue approaches
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and market trends
  • Supporting the growth of M&E and F&B revenue streams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Revenue Supervisor/Manager role within the hospitality sector
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Commercially savvy with a strategic, data-led approach
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (OPERA or similar)
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
